Our 30-day money-back guarantee, cancellation, and refund terms

This Refund Policy is provided by MMC Media LLC, doing business as Psalmix. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription refunds and cancellations. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these refund terms.

The short version: every Psalmix charge is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. The sections below spell out the details.

2. Free Trial Cancellation

Try Before You Buy

We offer free trials to let you experience Psalmix risk-free. Trial availability, length, and whether a payment method is required are stated at signup or checkout and may vary by plan and platform.

Cancellation During Free Trial

  • You can cancel at any time during your free trial period
  • No charges will be made if you cancel before the trial ends
  • Access continues until the end of the trial period after cancellation
  • You will not be charged unless you continue past the trial period

No Surprise Charges

For card-required trials, we email you two days before your trial converts to a paid subscription. That email includes a one-click cancellation link — no sign-in, no phone call, no retention offers to click through. You can also cancel anytime from your account's subscription settings.

3. Subscription Plans

Current subscription plans and prices are listed on our pricing page and at checkout. The price disclosed to you at checkout is the price that applies to your subscription, and the refund windows below are based on the plan type you purchased (monthly or annual).

4. Subscription Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Psalmix charge — your first payment and every renewal, on any plan, including promotional and discounted rates — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email hello@psalmix.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked, no forms, no hoops.

Requests made more than 30 days after a charge are not covered by the guarantee, but you can still write to us — we review those case by case.

EU & UK Statutory Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of any subscription purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK law. To exercise it, contact hello@psalmix.com within 14 days of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have under the consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction — where statutory rights exceed this guarantee, the statutory rights apply.

Cancellation Rights

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — and during a trial, directly from the one-click link in your trial reminder email
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

Account Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to Psalmix will end immediately. Any downloaded content or saved preferences will no longer be accessible. You may re-subscribe at any time.

5. Service Outages

If Psalmix is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues within our control, you may request a service credit equal to the pro-rated value of the downtime period. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle. To request a credit, contact hello@psalmix.com with subject 'Outage Credit' and include the dates of the outage.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Include Required Information

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge in question

That's it. You're welcome to tell us why you're leaving — it helps us improve — but within the 30-day guarantee window a reason is never required and never affects the outcome.

Step 3: We Confirm and Process

For requests within the 30-day guarantee window, we'll confirm your refund within 2-3 business days. Requests outside the window are reviewed case by case on the same timeline.

7. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

8. Exceptions and Special Cases

Account Termination

If Psalmix (MMC Media LLC) terminates your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for any refund of unused subscription time.

Consumer Protection Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including mandatory refund rights in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we will provide refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, regardless of the terms stated in this policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • You may contact hello@psalmix.com to request a secondary review
  • Include any additional information or documentation to support your case
  • We will conduct a review within 5 business days

Disputes not resolved through this process are subject to the dispute resolution terms in our Terms of Service, including arbitration for eligible claims.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us at hello@psalmix.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we want to resolve issues directly and quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may temporarily suspend access to your account while the dispute is under review by the payment processor. This suspension is lifted if the dispute is resolved in your favor. We do not waive any rights we have under applicable law.

10. In-App Purchases (Mobile)

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms, not this policy. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, please contact Apple Support (support.apple.com) or Google Play Support (support.google.com/googleplay). MMC Media LLC cannot process refunds for purchases made through app stores.

11. Changes to This Policy

For material changes to this policy, we will provide 30 days advance notice via email to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
