Questions before you submit? Ask us about your invoice, your ESA program, or what to include.
Contact usNo. Requesting an invoice is free. Psalmix (MMC Media LLC) is a registered ClassWallet vendor for Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program, so the invoice is paid from your child's ESA funds when you submit it in ClassWallet and your program approves it.
12 months of Psalmix Premium, starting on the day ClassWallet approves your payment. We'll email you then to switch on Premium for your family.
Each invoice lists the vendor, the student and parent, the description, the service period and the amounts. If your child's name is misspelled, submit this form again with the correct spelling and upload only the corrected invoice. Each ESA account needs its own invoice, so submit the form once for each child. If your program needs anything else on it, email hello@psalmix.com and we'll help.
